Young & Battaglia
Anglo-Italian duo Brendan Young & Vanessa Battaglia have been designing together since 2003 and have become recognised for their playful use of materials and imagery in the field of furniture and lighting design. They founded award winning industrial design consultancy Studiomold in 2003 and are also co-founders and directors of Mineheart which produces "lovable design" objects in England. They are known for their iconic pieces including the 'Spaghetti Princess' cable chandelier, 'Lotus' folding felt lampshades, and more recently their 'White Bookshelf' wallpaper.
